Taking a look back at the last month of autumn at Hexact HQ, I am excited to report on exciting accomplishments and updates.
Hexomatic, our flagship growth-hacking platform has been recognized as a Category Leader on GetApp 2022 Data Extraction Software Ranking.🏆
Hexometer, our website monitoring platform has been ranked as a G2 Fall High Performer by gaining high customer satisfaction scores from our beloved community. 🏆
Next, I’m delighted to share what our platforms have gained and improved this month in terms of product updates.
Hexospark updates included:
💥 Version 1.0 of our unified inbox is launched. Our first step towards a collaborative inbox to make email outreach at scale easy.
💥 Our unified inbox can now display the number of emails in each thread, message filters on their read/unread status, and the preview of the last email received from email enabled.
💥 Granular stats for each contact inside campaigns have been added to our tracking system.
💥 Reply tracking system now tracks the replies you get within campaigns, composed emails as well as inside your unified inbox.
💥 You can now add contacts inside campaigns, with the ability to select contacts one at a time or in bulk by selecting an existing folder.
💥UX enhancement has been made to campaign creation processes.
Hexowatch updates included:
🌟 Keyword monitor has been enhanced and now tracks how many times a keyword is found and you can now get notifications if this increases or decreases.
🌟 It is now possible to view the number of unread alerts for each monitored URL without checking the URL in the Events feed section.
